Case Study  ·  Environmental Services

An environmental consultancy was running Asana and HubSpot at roughly 5% of their capability. Both tools existed — neither was working. No pipeline visibility. No shared operational view. Engineers spending time on admin instead of billable work.

I rebuilt Asana from scratch — restructuring so each service line became a project and each client became a task. Rebuilt HubSpot from zero with a pipeline that actually reflected how the business wins clients. Integrated JotForm with Google Drive so documents came in organised automatically, removing a manual step the team was absorbing every week.

The result: the founder got a real-time bird’s-eye view of the business for the first time. Engineers stopped doing admin and started doing billable work. Active projects went from under 10 to over 20.
